How do we get started?

We make it very simple to get started, first Register your firm and then click on to submit your PD claims.

Why should we retain LPD?

LPD specializes in just property damage, that's all we do, allowing your staff to concentrate on your core business. And since property damage is all we do, we give unprecedented service to your clients. Further, our EDI systems and Web solutions are integrated to allow for easy and effective management and control of the entire property damage process. And unlike having a staff handle the PD our fees could be reimbursed against the BI case, so in essence no cost to your bottom-line.

What about Confidentiality?

All information is confidential! We work for your firm and your clients, our representatives are not allowed to discuss the BI portion of the claim with the client, we’ll direct all BI inquiries to your firm. Also we act as an additional safety buffer reminding the client not to discuss the details of their case with any insurance representative.

Can you help our clients with a Rental Car?

Yes! In most cases we can secure your clients with a rental vehicle, provided they meet minimum age requirement and have a valid driver's license. In some instances we can secure a rental vehicle via a lien.

What about Diminish Value?

For an additional fee we will develop a diminish value report as well as negotiate the maximum recovery.

What happens if adverse company denies Liability?

Another reason to retain LPD - liability issues is detected earlier and when this occurs we notify your office immediately. The file is then place on hold until your office can determine the best course of action.
